I had a blast yesterday, photographing lunchtime at The Lot on Coxe Ave. in downtown Asheville for Sophie Magazine. The Lowdown Truck, Pho Ya Belly, Our Taco Truck (aka Pink Taco or Pynk Taco) and Gypsy Queen Cuisine were all there, serving up their unique and delicious versions of street food to the hungry public, and a good time was had by all.
